Every ones goals are different. So its important that if someone comes they get the best out of what I can offer them. In the first session, I listen to what goals they would like to achieve. Be it weight loss or gain, toning up or just general fitness.
I then work with the client to work out the best fitness plan to suit both there needs and lifestyle. It being a programme in which, I train closely with my client. I help and guide them through every exercise by demonstrating myself the techniques. The classes I believe are rewarding and they are always varied. There is a whole range of different exercises and classes involved, from boxing to high intensive cardio. Each tailored to give my client the type of results they are looking for. Also as I mentioned before, I give tips and suggestions when it comes to my client’s diets. As well as providing information on this website about my classes and techniques, I will have a health food section in which I supply up todate weekly diet plans to compliment my training sessions.
